  • Yoga fees:

     Private lessons are $60 at your home or condo, $75 for 2 people. Price becomes lower per person the more people in class. Also price is lower if you pay for classes up front.

    Private lessons at Studio $70. Again, fees become lower with more people or by paying up front.

    Private sessions are 90 mins long and can combine guided meditation and Reiki based on your preference.

    Private Corporate Yoga available: minumum $40 per class for up to 5 students. Again as the # of Students goes up the cost per student goes down.  I provide mats if needed, you provide the space.

    Local Fitness Centers I teach in  have per class drop in fees or maybe you are a member already.

    Sunrise and Sunset are especially beautiful on our beaches.

    $50 for a 90 min class to include asana, breathing and guided meditation.

Getting the most from your YOGA experience:

Avoid eating 2-3 hours before class. Do drink water up to 1 hour prior.

Wear comfortable clothing that is easy to move in.

Bring your Yoga mat if you have one. I do have a supply of mats if you don't.

Arriving early-10-15 mins before class can help you align your attitude and purpose for the class

Turn off pagers and cellphone.

Speak quietly in the practice room- Loud conversations can be distracting to self and others.

Make room for others-be open to adjusting your space so everyone has room to practice.

Work at your own level listening to your body and staying within your own limits.

Stay until the end of class-Yoga is a holistic practice. Final relaxation and integration are important for healing, balance and equilibrium.
